Description
Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable enzyme that synthesizes DNA from single-stranded templates in the presence of dNTPs and a primer. The 1% solution of the detergent W-1 that is included may improve the thermostability of the enzyme when added at a final concentration of 0.05% (v/v).Taq DNA Polymerase consists of a single polypeptide with a molecular weight of 94 kDa.
