Invitrogen™ Human ATPBD4 (aa 90-177) Control Fragment Recombinant Protein
Recombinant Protein
Brand: Invitrogen™ RP106641
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (93%), Rat (93%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-65952 (PA5-65952. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Amidase that catalyzes the last step of diphthamide biosynthesis using ammonium and ATP. Diphthamide biosynthesis consists in the conversion of an L-histidine residue in the translation elongation factor (EEF2) to diphthamide.
